Painting Work-In-Progress shots
It will take a metric year to finish these pieces, so I thought I'd show some work-in-progress shots. First...
The Puppet Master's Stage
This is the scheme I had in mind as I was building it, and I think it's turning out well. The front is all I have done with this, and it's nothing but base colors right now. I'll be continuing on with some clean-up, some black-lining, shading, and maybe some washes. I dunno. I have a lot of work to do, still.
The Varghulf
His world premier!
His face is done, but everything else is just base colors -- and most of those haven't really been cleaned up, yet. I was aiming for a creepy, evil clown on the face paint. It looks better in person. When I'm done, though, I'll get my better half to take pictures with our real camera. This is just some quick-and-dirty photography.
There are a few bits that go on his base, to bulk up the model a bit. For now, though, I'm very happy with him.
