Pretty much anyone with witchsight I would have thought.

Nekhlior can pretty much see anything due to his aethyric sight (he doesn't see the physical world, rather the "echoes" everything casts, this lets him directly view the winds of magic for example), it's why he could see the princess when she was invisible.

Nagash got taken out for good at the end of the first TVC. The end times probably do not apply here, although Chaos is on the move about something...

Nagash is dead, which is a 'massive' change of fluff, and sets TVCII as being in a different storyline from actual Warhammer, so Karl Franz may not Ascend. or if he does, hopefully he'll be too busy trying to break the stalemate with the von Carstein Empire to bother us...But he may be a good villain for the later stages when we reach somewhere near his power level (if he's as powerful as I think he is).

Oh no the Lord Regent's secret identity has been revealed!

Flee Karl! Flee!

With 10 auto-wounding attacks that ignores armour and cause D3+1 wounds each I don't think he has to do much fleeing.

I like the twist, though. Helena could end up inheriting the Empire. Somehow.

10 auto-wounding (Multiple D3+1) no armour Attacks? That-that's almost too powerful to be true!

Jokes aside, how is Franz ascendant? (I don't have the books). Did Sigmar come down from heaven and take his body over, or did some inexplicable thing happen whilst he was lying dead somewhere? What happened?

It's one of the funny coincidinks of GW's new trend of combining the profiles of riders + monster mounts. Karl used to have 4 attacks with Ghal Maraz (the Warhammer) but now his griffon apparently uses it too, for a combined total of 10 attacks. D3+1 multiple wounds because Ascended, I guess.

And I haven't read the books yet either but I imagine it was a good old "it's time to take out the trash" moment.

Edit: This is getting off topic though so let's not take it any further here.

Lucatiel itself itself doesn't speak, sometimes odd stirrings or gusts of wind or deep bassy overtones, but no words.

He's alive and well on Facebook so I think he's just preoccupied with other stuff. I hope this ball gets rolling again soon, I'm getting quite itchy.

Let them try. Well, they did badly hurt the Council on the way to the Pinnacle, but that was only half of them. And now they'll have to get into Drakenhof.

Yes. It's in some of the Triumvirate timeline threads I believe. Sometime between TVCI and TVCII some of the Sylvanian Assassins, led by the then second-in-command (Now grand Master of his rebels) Silibar broke away from the rest, forming a rebel group which the loyalist assassins are trying to destroy, and Satsu is probably tearing his hair out about. Also the Assassins were all (or mostly?) sired by Akarin, the Grand Master who happened to be 3rd generation von Carstein.
