Ah Dread King, most of your post contains info you should not know. That information was provided OOC, the whole point of calling together the Council was that Rowhaine was provided by Asaph, thus no one knows for definite. Can you reword your post?

On that note can everyone be careful not to use info discussed OOC in the RP.

Can someone please point out what parts of lore/fluff has TVC twisted a bit?

Do note that this is -not- a insult at all, I am just trying to understand what is bit different.

Theres even a part where Graveclaw fight a Bunny of Khorne

Graveclaw snarled slamming a massive fist down on the rabbits head "Die! he roared ,The rabbit was slammed through the floor boards,Graveclaw laughed a horrible choking sound. the rabbit snarled and chomp down on the tip of Graveclaws fingers only Graveclaws massive claws kept Graveclaw from losing his whole hand,but it still hurt,Graveclaw's roar of pain echoed through the ruins. Graveclaw hopped up and down waving his hand around "Let go of Graveclawsss hand!" with a horrible ripping sound the rabbit was dislodged and sent flying through the air. "Nasssty little thing,bitesss hard" he turned to walk away ,but a loud howling sound filled the air Graveclaw turned around as the rabbit came flying through the air,"Uh-Oh!" Graveclaw said, his eyes widening the rabbit latched its self to Graveclaws face, clawing savagly.Graveclaw snarled in pain grabbing the rabbit by the waist it took all his strength to pull the rabbit off, slamming the rabbit repeatedly on the ground. The little monster lay on the ground snarling slowly it started to climb to its feet "Why can't Graveclaw kill rodent!", snatching up the biggest rock he could find Graveclaw slammed it down on top of the rabbit burying it alive. Graveclaw sat down , blood dripping from his wounds "Where did the Carsssstein go?" he said.

From what I have read, most of his followers consider themselves better then Vlad and rather be the Lord(s) of everything x)

Simon even spread a religion amongst the mortals that Vlad/Vashanesh is a God.

Edit: Some of this council over the past 3 chapters have been quick to cry that we're arguing...I've had worst arguments with my PC XD

Read Charnal Congress its about a group of Necromancers devoted to Vlad who try to bring him back unfortunately Gotrek and Felix as well as Mannfred is in the story as well so very interesting.

Why didn't the TVC resurrect Konrad sure he is a nutter but he could've been a perfect distraction for most situations after all it wasn't really his fault he was a nutter it was just every other persons fault as they didn't understad a true genius

Because they're terrified of him, they don't need that psycho coming and undoing everything the Triumvirate accomplished!

Necromancers hated him, he enslaved and bribed them do they'd raise his armies for him.

You can bring back any vampire, it isn't to do with their power it's to do with the nature of their soul.

His soul would not be anywhere near strong enough to be brought back. Only the most strong willed vampires would be able to come back from the dead. I'd say only 'vampire lord' status vampires would be able to come back.

I honestly don't think it has anything to do with strong souls, it's to do with the fact that a vampire's soul is trapped in their physical form.
As long as you gather the remains and use the right magic you can bring them back.

As to whether or not they'd retain their sanity is another thing.

As for Konrad, he's a second generation vampire directly sired by Vashanesh.
I'd say he'd have the natural strength if that was the requirement.
