Hey guys! Got a lovely undead Zombie Giant, and a little Zombie Goblin to show off now!

Just had to pop in and check out all your new stuff, brother. The rust tutorial is phenomenal, and those Black Knights really pop... beautiful stuff, and looks pretty simple to do, as well! I'll definitely have to try out your techniques next time I'm doing armor.

The zombie giant is gorgeous. All the little touches you've added certainly sell it as undead. I love the eyeball popping out. Gross! If I could offer one bit of constructive criticism, it might be that with the glazes and/or varnish you've applied, his skin looks a bit shiny. It absolutely works on the blood and gore which I think should definitely look "wet," and I suppose you could get away with saying that his skin is "waxy" because he's undead, but if it were me, I'd hit it with some matte varnish. Just a thought, though. Whole thing looks fantastic the way it is.

I love your zombie conversions. Very playful, and if the whole rest of your army has to be grimdark, might as well have some fun with the zombies, right?

I love the LotR minis you've incorporated. Wargs as dire wolves, haven't seen that done too much. They're certainly miles better than the old GW flesh puppies. And the goblin as a ghoul is just great. Love the skin tone.

So this is an incredibly non-Vampire update... All I really have to say is that I've painted up some converted wraiths, and I'm part way through building some vargheists!

In other news, the cosplay is going well...

Thanks!?!! And I found a whole damn little wood of silver birch today,yeah!!!
Just one thing though, is it important to wait late august September or I can just take them now ,even if they are green,and dry them in the hoven?

I've read that Sept-Oct is when you get the autumnal colors. Earlier will give you green leaves.
