Leader: Angelo Viggiani de Verezzo however publicly he is just called the Eagle, only the gang members know who he is.
Current Membership: Around 50 – 60 members.

HQ: Sala dell'Aquila - Fencing hall located in one of the City's poorest districts.
Purpose:
The Sons of the Eagle do not try to claim new territories or plan their own criminal schemes. Instead they work by hiring themselves out to others both larger Gangs and the richer Imperial Citizenry who need their illegal assistance.
Their most frequent employer, only known to Angelo himself, is in fact the City's Lahmian Sisterhood.
Specialisations:
The Sons are special in that they are highly trained in comparison to most thugs. Angelo personally trains those who join the gang so that they have the correct skill sets for their employers.
They tend to be hired as (but not limited to) enforcers, assassins, escorts, kidnappers or guards who are well known for their reliability, loyalty and their discretion.
The gang members are also oddly disciplined as to act in a way that Angelo doesn't like are immediately disciplined, this goes from beatings to killings.
The gang also allows for a method for Angelo to feed covertly.
Angelo himself is often requested by the vampire community be that the Sisterhood or individuals.
Outfitting:
Most of the gang dress however they want but they all carry weapons from Angelo's school of swordsmanship. For the most part that means side-sword and buckler but also longswords, variants of different polearms, daggers etc.
Base of Operations:
A fencing hall known as the Sala dell'Aquila although the locals call it “The Eagle's hall”. Whilst apparently a humble fencing hall for the lower classes it is in fact the headquarters for the Sons of the Eagle, it does however teach those of the lower-classes who have the time and money to study the Tilean sword art. They are trained only during the day and as such Angelo himself does not take part in this.
Aside from the main hall there is a living quarters where Angelo “lives” however he does not sleep here and it is not known where he does.
The only territory the gang controls is this hall and the surrounding area, they are well known for being quite liked by the people who live here as they rarely extort or mistreat the citizenry.
History
Angelo fled after Konrad's defeat unwilling to return to Sylvania as he thought it was unlikely he'd survive the following Chaos. The Tilean's first act was to take his considerable wealth from a spot where he had been hiding it since Vlad's reign.
Angelo then choose one of the strongest remaining city's after Konrad's rampaging with the highest population which he decided was Nuln. He immediately purchased a large hall in the poorer slums of the city and set about having it mended and modified whilst he was also procuring all the necessary gear and outfittings that would needed to run a fencing hall.
Angelo soon began offered cheap fencing lessons for the poorer residents of Nuln, although those who had enough money and free time for such a hobby, it took little time to work out the naturals with the right inclination to start his planned illicit organisation.
From here Angelo began building his gang and up training it's members. His first act was for the gang to secure the immediate area, whilst a respectable starting territory which was procured through the swift deaths of the pathetic thugs that ruled those streets. His second act was to approach the Sisterhood where he paid a great deal of respect to the Eternal, he plainly laid out his plans to run the gang and only have them as muscle for hire having no wish for power himself. The Sisterhood and the male Lahmian came to an agreement, he would make himself and his men available to them when they had need and in return they would assist him in hiding his vampirism from the City.
Since then Angelo has run his gang efficiently and stuck by the agreements made with the individuals of the city. Despite their relative new presence in the city, only being here for just about 2 years they have already gained a strong foothold as reliable muscle for hire.

He has a strong loyalty to his master perhaps hoping to be sired one day and often “procures” victims for him. Carries a side-sword and dagger.
Senior Son Nicolaus: A broad shouldered man in his late fifties with surprising speed and strength for a person of his age and size. He picked up Angelo's teaching with enough speed and was utterly unsurprised by his being a vampire that Angelo suspects that Nicolaus may be a veteran of the Vampire Wars. He carries a side-sword and buckler.
Senior Son Michael: A thin man of average height who looks as ugly as the streets he grew up on. He is quick witted and whilst not as skilled a fighter as the other Senior Gang Members he is shockingly fast. He carries a hand-and-a-half longsword.

Sorry I've been so delayed guys. Don't wait around for me to post this bio up (by all means, please start the RP), but I may be less busy today than I was yesterday (however yesterday I also expected to have more time for this) but I do intend to upload it today and have done some of it already.

I apologise to Vash that it uses the term 'master of shadows' but he is from the 7th edition vampire counts army book and I would like to expand on his role in the TVC universe at the later point - although I will make sure to refer to him as Nemeth von Carstein to avoid confusion with Niklaus.

Rhazien is perhaps so deadly because he is unremarkable in appearance. He looks perfectly ordinary; there is nothing out of place. Nothing in his face reveals anything; thus, he is often overlooked. Closely cropped brown hair and dull grey eyes set into an emotionless face do not make him stand out in a crowd. Nor does his average height, his sensible but bland attire, or his healthy but not incredibly strong build. One defining feature might be a slightly larger brow than is usually seen in humans; however, even to the superstitious people of the empire it does not properly indicate the sheer genius that lies within.
Personality:
Rhazien is a crimelord: less adept and powerful than his master, Nemeth, who serves Mannfred in his capacity as a manipulator of the Marienburg authorities and is based there, but still able to construct schemes within schemes with relative easy. He is completely untrusting, always suspicious - but he gives nothing away, unless he wishes to do so. Even then, his signals are usually deliberately deceptive.
In truth, he is only interested in himself, driven by fear of his master and fear of his Count, but a part of him knows how to utilise this fear to commit great and terrible acts - and this makes him a very dangerous and ruthless man indeed. He has no qualms; no limits on what he will do to achieve his goals. He has been known to carry out the most despicable of crimes, and his expressionless face represents not only his ruthlessness but his emotionless nature. He is a true psychopath - unable to feel empathy. To him, humans bonds are not weaknesses, so he does not despise them as other ruthless rulers might - they are simply points of access to a system, a system in which he finds his delight - corruption.
Rhazien knows that power corrupts, and he is most adept at influencing sources of power, such as state governors, vampiric nobles, and even chaos champions, into playing the game so that it ends out the way he wants it to be. Whilst individual moves may seem counterproductive to his aims, each serves a purpose, even if it is only to suggest that he is not a conspirator through hindering his own works. Few Rhazien's age and generation can match him in his ability to twist diplomacy; his skills even outshine some of those older than him, but his sire/master, Nemeth, and the more senior Lahmians are more than a match for him.
Background:
Before Vlad's first war on the empire, Mannfred instructed his get Nemeth, a criminal mastermind to weaken Empire authorities over a number of decades by building up and monopolising crime rings in militarily well-defended, Empire-held areas so that invasions could be met with weakened resistance - and an internal element of unrest brought about by city militias. Nemeth currently accounts for operations in Marienburg, where he is known as the Master of Shadows. However, upon arriving in Marienburg, he encountered fierce resistance from a rival budding crime ring that challenged him more than most others he'd encountered.
Systematically dismantling the crime ring in a number of weeks, Nemeth confronted the group's leader, but was so impressed by his genius, which had brought the Von Carstein close to death several times, that he restrained and then sired the man, but an ordinary middle-income Marienburg citizen who had seen crime not as gloriously notorious, or attractive in any unique way - simply a convenient access point to wealth and power. To Rhazien, crime was no different from any other trade - oh, it had its barriers, and risks, but he felt no stigma, positive or negative, around it. If a street sweeper's job had offered more lucrative rewards than crime, he would have just as readily taken that.
Now he was a vampire, however, he knew that he had no choice but to serve others, no matter the diminished rewards. Rhazien, no stranger to blackmail, knew that his masters Nemeth and Mannfred could expose his vampiric nature if they so wished and have him hunted down by the Empire's witch hunters. Thus, loyalty through fear was achieved, and one of Nemeth's most expedient tools was forged.
Nemeth helped to weaken several regional governments before Vlad's war began, allowing the Count to make swift progress with his shock and awe campaign. He did not join battle until near the end of the war, and when Vlad's plans went awry he was quick to escape the field of battle with Nemeth.
Whilst Rhazien did help the blood count in the same function, he did so from a distance and to a much more limited extent, on the instruction of his master, who refused to show too much loyalty to Konrad on the grounds that he needed to show some so that his wrath was not incurred, but needed to show restraint so that Mannfred's wrath was not incurred. For Rhazien and Nemeth, it was a tricky balancing out, but money, corruption and a ready supply of militiamen help smooth out tensions with different paymasters.
As Mannfred's war began in earnest, Rhazien, on the insistence of his master, worked harder and better than ever before, provoking outright insurrections in strongholds timed just before Von Carstein invasions of them began. He has now been sent to Nuln by the request of his master, who is based in Marienburg, on the grounds that this strong city needs to be taken. He is to help Karsten von Mecklinbourg in whatever capacity he can - but at the same time, he is to analyse the city's governmental structures, find vulnerabilities and strengths, report on these regularly (often by coded letter) to Mannfred and Nemeth, and - when the time comes - exploit the former, allowing a Von Carstein invasion to topple the city with relative ease.
That is his plan. That is his mission.
Equipment:
Suit of mail - Rhazien has access to many resources through his criminal links; an underworld empire is already under construction in Nuln, and he has access to basic weaponry and protection. Consequently, whilst he only wears leather jerkins over a shirt so as not to attract suspicion, he does have a suit of mail under his outer clothes, which provides decent protection.
Elaborate sword - wearing a full suit of striking plate armour would attract far too much attention for this vampire to go about his business unnoticed, and being unnoticed is very important to Rhazien. However, to indicate his status to fellow criminals, he does bear a unique sword, well-forged and with a classically Estalian hilt.
Climbing boots - barely worth mentioning under normal circumstances, but they help him in his trade. If his underlings fail to do a job properly, he is always ready to take to the rooftops and see to it himself.
"Switchblade" - not a traditional switchblade as such, but a knife that can extend in length as it fastened into a sliding hilt. It seems but a harmless penknife with its short blade and long handle at first - and thus, detracts suspicion from Rhazien. He can extend it by drawing his thumb along a cleverly hidden lever, pushing the blade outwards (or inwards, when he is done with it) and then fixing it in place for as short a time as is needed to finish murderous work.
Amulet of the Black Diamond - a dull gemstone hung about his neck. It indicates Rhazien's status, but also allows him to communicate verbally with its triplets when he wills a link to open; one belongs to Mannfred, and one to Nemeth. In times of need, it has a minor chance of protecting him from harm by creating a temporary magic field around him that can turn away attacks. In-game, this would be equivalent to a 6+ ward save. Such items are useful when unruly gang members think to stab their leader in the back.
Specialisation/Fighting Style:
Rhazien has some proficiency with his Estalian sword. The intricate fighting techniques its use involves can catch his enemies, often Empire soldiers, off guard. He uses the lore of heavens to enhance his abilities, often speeding around a battlefield on a summoned whirlwind to wherever he is needed most. The versatility of arcane lightning as a tool for defence and offence aids him in combat.
As a kingpin of the underworld, however, his skills lie with the cloak and dagger. Although he is quite powerful for his age and has been trained well, Rhazien will prefer to leave the fighting to others, or outnumber his enemies with brutish underlings recruited from the streets. In fairness to him, he does wear a dark cloak that blends well into the shadows, is quite stealthy in his fighting style - he has a knack for remaining unnoticed if he wishes to - and, poetically, is a skilled and practiced user of the dagger in close combat situations. Often striking quickly and decisively, he ends a fight before it even has the chance to begin.
Magical Skills:
Rhazien is practiced in the lore of necromancy to a degree; he is able to cast basic spells well, and can easily heal himself and raise the dead. On the TVC power level, he'd have 3 skill and 3 power for this lore.
However, his main arcane might lies in the lore of heavens. This is complementary to his talents, as he can be away with the wind as soon as a crime is committed, and not a soul will find him. On the TVC power level, he'd have 4 skill and 4 power for this lore.
Other abilities:
A man of many secrets - Rhazien rarely gives away information about himself or his work without meaning to, and he is a master manipulator. As stated before, he has plots within plots within plots, and is an experienced manipulator. Whilst he may resort to fighting his enemies, he much rather prefers to arrange for their deaths - and such arrangements are usually successful.

He can extend it by drawing his thumb along a cleverly hidden lever, pushing the blade outwards (or inwards, when he is done with it) and then fixing it in place for as short a time as is needed to finish murderous work.
Amulet of the Black Diamond - a dull gemstone hung about his neck. It indicates Rhazien's status, but also allows him to communicate verbally with its triplets when he wills a link to open; one belongs to Mannfred, and one to Nemeth. In times of need, it has a minor chance of protecting him from harm by creating a temporary magic field around him that can turn away attacks. In-game, this would be equivalent to a 6+ ward save. Such items are useful when unruly gang members think to stab their leader in the back.
Specialisation/Fighting Style:
Rhazien has some proficiency with his Estalian sword. The intricate fighting techniques its use involves can catch his enemies, often Empire soldiers, off guard. He uses the lore of heavens to enhance his abilities, often speeding around a battlefield on a summoned whirlwind to wherever he is needed most. The versatility of arcane lightning as a tool for defence and offence aids him in combat.
As a kingpin of the underworld, however, his skills lie with the cloak and dagger. Although he is quite powerful for his age and has been trained well, Rhazien will prefer to leave the fighting to others, or outnumber his enemies with brutish underlings recruited from the streets. In fairness to him, he does wear a dark cloak that blends well into the shadows, is quite stealthy in his fighting style - he has a knack for remaining unnoticed if he wishes to - and, poetically, is a skilled and practiced user of the dagger in close combat situations. Often striking quickly and decisively, he ends a fight before it even has the chance to begin.
Magical Skills:
Rhazien is practiced in the lore of necromancy to a degree; he is able to cast basic spells well, and can easily heal himself and raise the dead. On the TVC power level, he'd have 3 skill and 3 power for this lore.
However, his main arcane might lies in the lore of heavens. This is complementary to his talents, as he can be away with the wind as soon as a crime is committed, and not a soul will find him. On the TVC power level, he'd have 4 skill and 4 power for this lore.
Other abilities:
A man of many secrets - Rhazien rarely gives away information about himself or his work without meaning to, and he is a master manipulator. As stated before, he has plots within plots within plots, and is an experienced manipulator. Whilst he may resort to fighting his enemies, he much rather prefers to arrange for their deaths - and such arrangements are usually successful.

Thanks, Vash. I will try to refer to him as Nemeth throughout anyway to avoid confusion - besides, he will be off-screen most of the time anyway in this RP.

I believe 4 is the max for this RP (which would be a level 2 wizard).
