Ohh I have things Im Saving for it, and plus im waiting on some more funds to get more zombies and more empirie cattle to feeded on. But I considered entering the conversion part of the golden bat but simple plan to enter the painting part.

Yes well Im bummed about the new rules faq so I dont know how well this will all get painted. Considering shelving vampires until there new book comes out. least after octobers big battle. 12,000 pts of vampires marching cross the field is hard to turn down.

Thanks zoddo means your gonna really enjoy my vampire mounted on a dire wolf conversion im working on. lol Too many dire wolves and not enough varaity in the mounts I have. Besides wolves are nerfed right now. Soo a Dire wolf with mounted Vampire sounds good to me.

i find you are going to do a nice "metal effect" and of course you pay A LOT of attention to the details of the models

Bows your too kind zoddo zoddo. Its easy to do bolt gun metal or chainmail with a wash of badab black. turns out well found it out when I did a commision of iron warriors for a customer. Since then I have put it too really good use.

Very nice! I'm liking this thread much! It's also nice that you have terrain as background when you photo! Kudos to you for that!

One minor pointer, the feathers on the Imperial Man eater look a bit flat, don't know if it's just the pic. Perhaps a light wash of black would bring out the details?

Other than that, superb work!

Well I appretiate your kindness and loving of my thread of ogres. Im also sad to say Im putting them on the selves again for a while to work on my Sylvania empire army. So updates to this thread will be slow and few.

The feather does look flat but until you mentioned it I never thought of washing it. But yes a wash of black then a drybrush of white would make it have more deapth and detail. Thanks for the suggestion.

I found it is easier to get the camara to focus to have our terrain in the background. But thanks for appretiating it. Besides if the terrain wasnt there you would see army shelves for each army. But soon you get to start seeing the von drak army of sylvania. Prevampirism.

Your Imperial Guard Skeleton looks good. Is that a GW model? From the position of his hands, it looks like he's doing a windmill on the guitar.

Your army as a whole is quite impressive, how many points of painted models do you have?

Yes its a old gw model from years ago, cant remember what it was for. Ummm Points I have painted unsure, but without charecters my entire force is about 12,000 pts. which on halloween this year I get to use them all in one huge game. Ive played for many years and as ya can see have many collectable mini's along side everyone. Undead was my first army, then it became vampires and tomb kings. Ive never been sastified with tomb kings but still have a tomb king army. After christmas my entire army will be done its my christmas present from my wife.

Thanks Logan yes But at what point is it that you have too many.

How I do the blood stains is I use a 50/50 mix of red wash and the old red ink. I load the citadel wash brush with it and hold the model up. (Protect everything behind it or you’ll splatter everything!)
I then blow on the loaded brush, causing a splatter effect on the model. It works quite well, as you see.

Ill tear your leg off and beat ya to death with it.
