Terminators before soon you shall see after.
This is how they terminators shall look when done.
Redoing someone’s paint scheme is not always easy, When the scheme was done in custom colors nearly impossible. So many of the crimson fists are going to end up our style not the original. As is with the case with some of the terminators. Mine is the one on the left.

In a funny event I had to research what color helms they terminators would have. As they are a codex chapter they should be white, but they use the red fists for veteran status. There helms remain blue, so that is how we shall do.
So how many know the origins of crimson fisting is?
Yes the people at gw had a perverted sense of humor.
Crimson fisting is the act of taking ones flower by fisting. Clean way of explaining the sexual act right? And yes the hand is extracted with blood upon it. Giving the act its name. So how many of you will never look at these marines the same.
The below terminator is a veteran who fought at The Declates Crusade. indicated by the templar cross upon his power fist.

Crimson fists with lightning claws I plan to do something special with these. Green lightning which is what it says. A experiment hoping it turns out like my blue or purple lightning. Yet sadly it did not I think my formula I used was not right. Ill change this back to blue lighting but wanted to show you all them.

Onto the Sargent of the squad power sword and storm bolter which when I took the photo I seen all the blue bleed through.
Only in death does duty end.
Now for the group shot of my terminator squad. Feel they turned out good though I plan to revisit green lightning.

I was originally wanting to turn this one jnto a world eater terminator captain. Sadly with all the fist iconography it isn’t possible. I would rather not remove them all so two choices imperial fists or crimson fists. We picked the latter.
Yes blood angels you drank too much blood and are now sanguine drunk.
Here he is with the armor done, looks so much better in my modified ultramarines color.
For the fists forever fight on lads fight on in the name of Dorn.

My wonderful finished captain. A beautiful model born to be sexy. Sadly once again pics do no justice

Though I do see touch up including i forgot the icon. What happens when one is tired. Really finished this time.
I got new boots great for stomping orks.
Judy wished she had these boots last night. The wife told me a funny story. As the wife was giving gabby her bath, Judy was told to pick up the pull-ups she’d strewn around and there was a little spider sitting on the wall below the cabinet where the pull-ups are stored. Judy, who hates spiders, threw a pull-up at it to kill it. She only succeeded in knocking it off the wall.On realizing this, Judy leapt onto a nearby stool and shrieked like a child possessed. Tina didn’t realize the spider was on the pull-up and picked it up to try and help her mommy. The spider sensed a supposedly safe harbor and crawled onto Tina’s hand. Needless to say Tina joined in the histrionics as the wife and gabby laughed at them.

So many of you ask me why do I paint my ethereal as shadow people. Many things lead to my love of the shadow people. Here is a tale of one of the reasons. How many have heard of the shadow people or shadow creatures in modern day, paranormal research. That is a main focus of love of my own shadow ethereal, though other factors do contribute. Such as the descriptions in the old Greek tales of shades. Even magic the gathering has played a part in this with a bit of artwork I have always loved.
Shadow people are also known by shadow folk and shadow beings. Thought the last make them sound out of this world though possible they are not of this world and never have been. For some strange unknown reason shadow people are attracted to a person or place, much like a creepy stalker. No one has ever came up with a good explanation for this, though I have read stories of a large gathering of shadow people in graveyards. As if they are attracted to death or suffering, which gives some leverage to the theory they are a demonic entity.
Descriptions of shadow people are often of a shadow of human form, Or black mass in the general humoniod shape yes this is why they are called shadow people. Most accounts are of them being without clothing or other features such as eyes mouth nose. But a few descriptions are of red glowing eyes, which make things sound all the more creepy right? This also explains why in some of my shadow people ethereal the red glowing eye. A few stories talk about the shadow people being like think dark smoke or even floating dark orb’s. But I fancy the first description as it suits my want and need far better. But also one final note in description is they bear no resemblance to people living or dead. Unlike ghosts which often have details such as clothing or resemblance of those we loved who have passed.
The personality of shadow people are described in only one word pure evil. Accounts all over the world all bring back the same descriptions and feelings of overwhelming dread at seeing the shadow’s. Which manifests itself in a number of ways, Intense fear or panic and paralysis to utter and shear terror. Which is often explained by many as humans fear the dark or the unknown. Personally I know better on that part, To me they are like the ultimate essence of pure evil which makes the hair on the back of ones neck stand up on end. There has been a increase in sightings in the last few years which lead many to believe they are a herald of things to come or even a warning.

Judy just graduated from preschool, moving into kindergarten. Her school had a little ceremony for the kids and their families followed by an ice cream party.
So here is Judy accepting her “diploma”.
Then the class sang a song called we are stars. Judy had been practicing for the last week, and it showed.
After the ceremony, hugging her teacher. (Yes we do let our little vampire out into the sun!)
Her aunt and cousin brought her a flower.She’s enchanted…until ice cream is brought out.
Lastly, two pictures with her future husband (as she calls him)
Oh yes, the picture inside the diploma.

Today we touch up a commission piece.Medusa, the original piece, has green snakes, and the customer requested that the snakes be changed to a similar color of the medusa body.
So here is the original.
And after some work and thought, here is the improved medusa. (I was rather iffy about the green to begin with anyway.)
I debated on striping them with the two colors, so she had a head full of striped snakes. Except that would be too distracting from the rest of the body.
A toast to a job well done.
