It's from Reaper's Bones line. Quite reasonable for such a large model.

True enough, looks great. Quality and material too?

They are good. I like Reaper's bones material. It's a little too soft for things like spear hafts, but for most other things it works fine.

Every good vampire needs some vermin to command. Just finished some rat swarms and giant rats.

 

[Menkeroth]

Rats and vampires? that's a bit strange. But the rats are pretty nice :)

Not for D&D! There vamps can summon swarms of rats.

I added three more heroes to my warband/adventuring party.

That paladin looks really cool! Is it an old GW miniature or something else?

It is, thanks. It's a 5th ed. Empire greatsword or champion with a plastic Bretonnian knight head and a metal grail knight shield.

Looks great. Simple but effective. He does look like he could be a GW box and not a conversion :)

He is amazing. One of my favorite models from WHFB line as a whole even. And I really like those mud and rust effects!

I do love that model, I just recently realized how SMALL it is though when I did my slaughter priest/GK conversion. I would say compared to newer death models too... but we all know other than KoS we haven't gotten any lol

We played the first game in the campaign today. The heroes searched a village looking for a seer woman whose powers of augury could help them locate the secret lair of the vampire. But the enemy was hunting for her too...

Nice paintjob indeed on that Wight King. I didn't see much mud effects, but that green and gold work on him very well.

We played the next game in the campaign today. The heroes ventured into the Caverns of the Ghouls to recover a magic sword. Ghouls, bats, and a couple Vargheists guard it. Although two heroes fell in battle, they carried the day.

Wonderful! That's how it should be, I am planning to do such a couple of missions as well. How long did the game take?

About an hour. I run it as an after-school activity for a group of students, so that's the time frame we have. With more time, I could add in more rooms or details.

Well, not bad for a start. How did you make those rooms?

 

[Sharkbelly]

They are cut from foam, base coated with acrylic, sprayed with texture paint, and then painted.

 

[Menkeroth]

Looks more than needed for such a task. Thanks for info, I was thinking of doing something similar.

The camels are Reaper Bones. I don't remember where the elephant is from--he's been in my bits box a long time!
