Yeah, the pickaxe one is awesome, the painting (of all three) and face expression (pickaxe dude) reminds of "Return of the living dead" Nice work Reaper

Here are my first zombies. I need to do some touchups and I might give them glowing eyes and/or more gore. I haven't decided yet. What do you guys think?
I like the dead white eyes look, glowing is more for "higher" undead in my opinion. Nice horde there, Stuck. It seems I have to give this mantic zombies a try...
As a matter of fact I'm going to go back and white eye my zombies.
Darn you stuck804!!! Adding to my already huge "list of cool project things to do to my VC army that will never be finished until my kids are old enough to be pressed into painting service."
Zombie group 1 is the "missing squad" geared out for battle wearing their lords colors and sporting some nasty battle wounds.

The second zombie group are the "peasants of Koffin Woods" all that remain of a small forest village.

The missing squad of course is fine as well but the blue clothing (I realize it's to match their lords/army colors) I find...a bit off? Too blue? Hard to describe but it might be due to the camera flash (?)
Thanks Shareya. They compliment the fluff I have for my army and diorama. The blue looks off in the pics cause I am a noob at taking/posting pics and I used my iPhone camera so not the best.
I finally got around to taking some shots of the zeds I painted before the summer.
The skin is block-coloured grey and each mini got a variable drybrush of greens, some got little patches of green, some are almost entirely green, to suggest differing levels of decay. I gave them the same OSL glowing eyes as most of my minis have.
The red, juicy parts are varnished with high-gloss to make them seem wet and visceral.
