Viorica von Carstein.
A newly created vamp, she tends to get on the nerves of the older and wiser vampires in my army since she in far too flamboyant for their tastes (which are mostly those of sylvanian nobility 300 years past)

I tried a few new things with her that didn't work out. Mostly her skin isn't pale enough for a vamp, oh well. I'm pleased with her in the end, she just doesn't look like a vamp to me.

thank you , now to make it work in a 3000 point tourny

Did you have something specific in mind when you wrote the text in that book? Looks a bit like scribbles except for the big red "F" that starts some word. I feel like most books and scrolls you see have freestanding symbols on them, mostly, versus actual text. Love the look either way!

That looks good, may I ask how You made those legs to fit that nicely?

Thanks! The legs are cut just above the knees, and the upper legs are recreated in green stuff. I then attached a few clothlike bits cut from various banners and similar objects from my bits box to conceal the rudimentary nature of his upper legs and the gaps in his armour.

My vampire counts:

Vlad. This was the freebie from Artizaon to support the WAB Vlad the Impaler supplement. Based on the Francis Ford Coppola movie style:

I decided to follow the same style with this old citadel champion who has become a count in bone-amour:

And here is a vampire in bat form:

At the risk of giving the most clichéd advice ever - thin your paints. I grant it's a less than stellar model, but what detail there is feels entirely overwhelmed by your paint...

I hate leaving negative feedback on a model ('specially since I'm not that good a painter), but I really feel like this paintjob doesn't work...

I feel bad now.
