He did but then again in the field of battle no matter how epic you are a single arrow can still kill you. Vlad got the furthest out of all the counts after him. He so very nearly destroyed the Empire. But oh no, Mannfred had to then go and screw things up, as if Vlad's empire of the dead would have been bad for him. I like Vlad not for his powers, his ring or his looks but for his personality. He was so wonderfully philosophical and sage like, his character was great. If I was a girl in Sylvania I would so beg him to make me his thrall....

He is not a bad one really. In the end he wanted to rule the empire, replace nobility with vampires and lead/have everyone prosper. He was quite naive in thinking that this world would be wonderful as his vampiric followers would not screw him or his world over when they could x)

Vlad is SOO much better not being some poncy old vashanesh
But if Vananesh doesn't exist is he still a separate bloodline?
I liked the idea of Vashanesh faking his own death and hiding out in Kislev, killing other vampires who attempted to serve him because he didn't want anything to do with his own kind :tongue:

While people can change their minds we are talking about vampires here! I bet if Vashanesh and Neferata chose to have a staring contest they would be there a long, long time. Undead do not easily give up their goals.
