The Rise of the Von Kerryathe Legion [Picture Heavy]

For those who wanted to know where this is going. Here is the way I see my army in my head. I know that it doesn't really make sense to the casual observer it's impossible to know what is what. But it gives you some idea of the size I am going for.

Each square represent a model. Red ones are models I want to purchase and green ones are are the few that are finished. From now on for every 2 black models that turn green I will purchase one of the red ones. If that makes sense...

That is truly a massive undertaking. I would truly pay/love/enjoy seeing all that on the table at one time. I would throw everything I had against that and love doing so. ^^

I didn't notice those banner bearers before. In my opinion they look great and add that little touch of variation to the host. And if I were to play your army once I wouldn’t care a bit even if the rules say you can't have more than 10 bases in a unit. Looking forward to seeing it all finished and based.

I managed to get 6 bases washed before I had to go live in the real world. It is 6:22am and I have a 2 hour train ride ahead of me to get to my friends house for a day of D&D geekyness. If I make it back at a reasonable time this evening I will continue.

Hi everyone, I've been lurking around for a couple of weeks now.. really enjoying all of the pics everyone's posted both in this thread and all the others.

Seth, everything here is looking simply fantastic! You have considerable crafting talent!

I noticed a couple pages back that you were looking for some of those knight helms... I think I might be able to help you out. I have a ton of Bret. knight parts from when I first got into WH... they came in a large starter box with a bunch of empire and lizardman units. The helms have lions, dragons, a maiden, a deerhead, and maybe 1 or 2 other designs. How many did you need? Maybe we could work out a trade for some of those shields you're casting! The ones with the half skull design on the front look great.

Those were the models I was waiting for forever. I ended up having to go buy them at the store because my advanced order never showed up in the mail.

They count as Rooks in my spirit host chess set. :konrad:

I would so love to see this. It would be amazing! How big would the table be? Multiple tables? Are you going to have multiple Zombie Dragons? Cuz that's the only way to go for big, big games.

Yes I have a counts as black coach. My tomb cart (The one with the four horses).

Yes I have 3 zombie dragons planned in total though one of them is just going to be an optional mount for my general.

the good thing about this project is that now your almost half way there it will seem like its getting easier from now on, you will fill in the gaps and it will look better and better with each day
