I've noticed people saying that how is this better than zombies. Well spears on skeletons give you an extra 5 attacks that you won't get with zombies.

5 str 3 ws2 attacks. . . for almost double the points. . . you go right ahead and go with skellies. Im stikin with my zombies.

To be honest with you, playtesting showed me that the Wraithwall didn't accomplish its intended function, which was to turn Skeletons/Zombies into a semi-decent fighting unit, as opposed to a tarpit/anvil. The Wraiths are not enough offense to get things going, and one magic weapon ends the threat before it begins.

I'd rag on your for thread necromancy, but given the nature of this forum, it's probably not a big deal.

Yeah, I've noticed there's been quite a bit of threadomancy in the last couple of days. I wonder if anyone's actually going to do anything about it

I personally have alot of success with this tactic. Vut I do tweak it one way. Have the unit babysat by either a corpse cart or a batswarm. Asl or asf assistance makes a big difference I find.

Dont forget thay when your close enough and the situation is good, you have a make shift unit of 5 wraiths that can charge an enemy.

Very versitile

I don't like this tactic... smells of cheddar. Maybe it's just me.

If I were to run this I think I would go with the zombies as well.

It's not just you burnanation, this is abuse of the ethereal characters thing and so I think it can be considered cheese. It's nowhere near as bad as some of the cheesy things I've seen, but I think it still counts

If you are going to run wraith characters they are better as stalls and redirectors than walls IMO. Only decent thing about the wraith wall is when it fights units like Mourn Fang
