Went to the Jurassic Lounge last night.
The australian museum in sydney opens it's doors late at night for an adults only event and brings in whole bunch of shows and activities and sets up an event that's sot of like a club meets a fete meets contortionists dancing to a backdrop of dinosaur skeletons. I thought it'd be pretty fun and it turned out to be lots of fun! Had to shoot some dinosaurs in between drinking to earn enough dino-dollars to get my face painted in fluoro

Today I taught the second years (14-15) the first part of being a ruthless, efficient, cold-hearted killing machine. Which is, of course, how to tie their boots. Needless to say, several of them were stunningly incompetent.

Well if it makes any difference, I was diagnosed with bad ADD a long time ago... yeah it doesn't really.
Anyway, my Cambridge application is due in 10 days. And I have no idea what to do.

Hehe, it's me yes ^_^ 1000 posts don't just grow on trees you know 
ADD is well, different, but hey! We're all diagnosed with random stuff over the years, they can be a bit label-ish but never mind.
Just show off what you can really, I'm dojg an application for Cambridge next year, and although I've already got a good chance of getting in (I'm already a member of one college) I'm not looking forward to it either

Today I found out that CCF has suddenly become a place to pick up chicks. How? St Swithuns have decided to start it, but lacking any officers, NCOs or anything else they've decided to train with us. Currently, there's only 2 (I think) and they're both several years younger than me but hey, it's a start!

I need to downsize what I play. Too much for me to really work on. I'm trying to get my chaos painted up as well as VC.
I got into Warmachine briefly earlier this year and never really play much as I moved north to live with my wife's parents before we move to OH, so, I now play mostly at the GW store or at home on my own Citadel Realm Table. Ergo, I don't play Warmachine with anyone.. I didn't like it as much anyway. Mostly started playing it because my gaming buddy dragged me into it, yet he hardly plays it with me so.
As far as Dark Eldar goes, I just feel like I have too much stuff. I think they're neat and all and make for interesting battles at home with my wife and bro-in-law, but I'd rather play my chaos or nids.

I had the same hobby re-do recently too, when I had to get rid of some attic space taken up by nids. Just poured thousands of gaunts, and stared at 6 years of my life in disbelief :'(

Yes, exactly. I was young, had money to blow and bought into every little thing that looked cool back then, hence I have a nice force of classic model DE including Vect's Dias of Pimping Goodness.
But I have including the ones my wife uses as she wont buy any of this herself:
Chaos Space Marines (My first army and favorite)
Slanneshi Chaos Daemons (back from our days of being in one book, bumped em up to a playable list with Grinder)
Tyranids (massive hive fleet. Have a classic OOE and tyrant)
Dark Eldar (almost all old models; Bro-in-law got me a few new things like the venom)
Tau (got in a trade after the firewarrior game, so no harm no foul, also use em for allie goodness to CSM)
Sisters (Wife's army...sort of, very small list)
DA (from Dark Vengence)
Vampire Counts (about 2600 points with options)
Dwarfs (about 2400 to 2500)
Kahdor Warmachine
So, I have a lot of stuff, plus my citadel realm of battle table (wedding present), all my terrain, ranging from ruins to some fantasy pieces, etc. And I would have to move it all... And I'm looking at kids and a new job in my future and I'm back to working out...so I'm busy.

I would reccomend selling most of it all, it'll just make your life much easier trust me. As sad as I was, it really does feel like a burden lifted after I sold the nids, so much more space now as well!

It is an aweful lot of stuff. I figured I'd start with the game I’m not playing obviously and take it from there.
I’m not saying I’m getting out of the game. I love warhammer, but I’m too split and I can’t seem to get anything painted. Sometimes having ADD sucks and not in the good way.
I bought DE as my third army and that was b4 my bro-in-law talked me into fantasy and b4 I knew it I had a dwarf army cause I like dwarfs. I just want to tone it down a lot and make the hobby more managable. I plan to keep daemons and tau (small forces) for allies, and my VC obviously. I like dwarfs too, but the rest.../shrug.

The school my wife was suppossed to be going to just screwed up what class she was suppossed to start. They placed her in one that started on sept 11 when we though she was started oct 1, and now we're way past the refund date.

I was supposed to be taking mmy girlfriend to a burlesque show in Newcastle tonight, but she has the lurgie and can't come up to visit now (she lives in Birmingham). :-(
I am, however, in work, dressed in all my Victorian finery for tonight and very much enjoying the attention I'm getting...........
