I just got mine recently and have been lazy over the summer, so didn't convert them at all. I might replace the fleshy arms with skeletal ones.

Since the skeletons would essentially be the same, it's in the equipment. Use bits that are iconic from the Elf kits and put skulls on them! These were some of the first models I ever made and painted for Warhammer.

Yeah I haven't painted much in a while. I do keep all my paint in one of those old bits order boxes, it's the perfect fit! I like that Carpe Noctem is the page on your screen, @Borgnine :)
