I'm backkkkkkkk :0)

Due to my prolonged break (I had to step away from the whole hobby).

The site is looking lovely and I look forward to feasting myself on all the information/news/hints and tips :D

Hails to you all,
I'm Erich Von Stroem, and I've just started Vampire counts, so I guess this site can help me with the start.
I've been into 40k for 11 years, so I know my stuff about GW and the likes.
currently my army contains:
2 Vampires (one male on nightmare, on female on foot, the female is somewhat painted)
40 Skeleton Warriors (hereof 10 painted)
10 Grave Guard
10 Ghouls
1 Corpse Cart
and a Varghulf

the force will of course expand over some time.

That's it for now.

Hey!

I'm Kai13. I have been playing Warhammer Fantasy for about 10 years now. me and my buddies started when we were 13 and had no clue what we were doing. eventually they all stopped playing and for 4 long years my warhammer sat collecting dust until recently me and my one friend decided to start up again and we have been playing every chance we get.

I have always loved and collected the Vampire counts and currently have a 4500 pt army, living in Toronto Ontario and constantly driving back to my home town of Kincardine Ontario to play big games with my friends back home.

I am new to the online forum thing, but so far its incredibly helpful.

pleasure meeting all of you, See you on the killing field.

hi all, i'm unsafercat

been playing the vampire counts since the latest book came out, and 40k for a good few years before that.
I've always loved the vampires in general, probably influenced by my first army being blood angels, which are pretty much vampires in space.
anyway i have about 3000 points worth of vampire counts sitting in various places around my house, which are my main fantasy army, i also have 3000 of dark elves, and 2000 of lizardmen

posting soon, and also, the invocation is actually rather good for a webzine(not sure if this should go here or a dedicated feedback forum; but hey)

hello all, my name is frank (yes so simple, will think up a cool name) and i been playing vamps for around 15yrs, since 5th edition back when it was undead. o the good ole days.... anyway i live in usa, ny, and have a close group of around 6 friends who i game with. i also have a dwarf army, but my first love is vamps. my army (still got my old nagash model) usually was a blood dragon type list, but with new rules i try to be more "balanced". anyway hope i didint ramble on too much. love the site, especially the invocation . great stuff

Hi Everyone

I saw this site, and with my recent interest in playing Vampire counts, and the car I have that is pictured below, you will no doubt understand why this site appealed to me

Cheers.....

Hahaha, nice one Frogbear. :D

I'd like to welcome all of you who I've yet to meet around the forum. I hope you'll feel right at home here and if there's anything unclear, please don't hesitate to ask about it!

greetings fellow Masters of the night! practitioners of the Black Art.

Count Lucius Blake of the order of the Blood Dragon at your service
i always wondered that it would be great if there was a place that all the VC trials and tribulations could be brought up in a
forum.
so...
by accident i stumbled across this "grave-site" and have been reading through with great interest.

i hail from the far east and have been playing vc for some years now. formerly Blood Dragon! the good ol days.
my opponents are not that varied as you can imagine but all the same thats why i'm here. to learn from the best.

lastly.. being alive is overrated... in vampiery death we are truly free.
fare thee well...

Good day one and all,

I am new to vampires (dwarf and daemon player) but I am drwan to the undead, especially to Konrad Von Carstein.
I look forward to many many hours of pleasent reading of the threads while i create and paint my fledgling VC army.

many thanks for your patience with the noob

There's no such thing as a Noob. You're just a thrall who doesn't know any better. :innocent:

Welcome to the forum! All of those whom I didn't greet personally, well...you'll see me around. Feel free to post, PM me, or just in general make yourselves at home.

Hi i'm Dan, i've had vampire counts for over a year now, building and painting never gets done (sigh...) played a few games recently 100% win record against high elves (2 games) and 3 losses to dark elves (i hate the ring of hotec) and 1 loss to ogres. i've got about 40 ghouls soon to be 60, the same in skeletons and 20 grave guard. I have ten dire wolves and 3 corpse carts, i also have a few characters and a varghulf :)

Good evening I am Darkman I've just started vampires and hope to become a good Vampire general.I came here to Avoid the hate vampires seem to have gotten on other forums and hope I can be of help.

You're certainly safe from the misguided hate here, DarkMan. I'm sure that you'll provide us with fresh new bloodopinions to brighten up our halls. :)

A great big Welcome to all of you new people who I've yet to meet & greet! xD

Greetings my new friends I am Lord Reginer A fresh blood count here however with more years behind him then many who decree them selves acients.

The armies i have lead over the years are as follow

The Chaos dwarfs Over 5 thousand points by old stanards GLORY to the phallic shaped hats!
The knights of Brettonia over 3k points
The High elves 4k points
The Ogre kingdoms 5k points
Orcs and goblins... there are over 10k points in my horde (you don't even want to know)
Edit i forgot some: 5k of normal Dwarfs
And now i've recently started build an undead horde Edit: I have forgotten more armies in my closet then most people would ever rationally want to own.

I am an accomplished painter, who is incapable of fully finishing models. It has been suggested by friends i would be the best painter in area if i ever took my time, or finished a product

A skilled chirurgeon quite able with a bone saw and happy to hack apart and convert things with out shame.

A strong advocate of any and all Alternate model's to replace some well.. rather horrifyingly poor quality ones.

Howdy, I'm Varakin.

Just recently picked up a vampire counts army. It is my first ever army in any miniature game ever. A friend talked me into playing after we both quit that online game with elves and orcs. I got a great deal on a very nice vampire counts army and I picked it up. So now I'm living the high life with a nice set and a few more pieces on the way.

Anyhow, been looking around this place for a while and finally decided to make an account and such, get my list out there to see if anyone can give me some advice.

Look forward to posting more on here and whatnot.

Hey, Started fantasy about six months ago and have a Wood Elf army. I Was going to start Vampire Counts, but with the new release for eighth soon I will wait. Vampire characters are the best in the game!! -Vandurian
