It's side ways did the driver not listen to that safety meeting about driving to fast around corner's.

Like I said before it is turning into a beautiful little cart. Will be fun to shoot with some cannon's.

So here is my Vampire BSB as he evolved (props for the first one the guess the mini)

First step I begin my bronze/gold recipe


Then a red base paint, a bronze and a sepia wash later we are here


My blue and black washes get tossed around a bit


Here is him just missing something to stand on


And him finally mounted on my pride n joy

Like the effect on the bloodpool, looks really fresh

That vampire is looking awesome I love how it draws attention to the face. Great job with the dark, moody colors

One thing, though: the bloodpool. Is it finished? Because I think it's far to bright. Could be the photo though. But the rest of the throne is very cool, especially the flames! Or, well, they are actually looking hot, but you get what I mean…

@ Chaos my vampire face recipe is easy. You take a white face and highlight again in white (primer then skull white) then wash the darker areas in a black was (Eyes, mouth ect) then finally a flesh wash to bring it all together.

That guy musta been a pirate at some time, because I imagine you'd need some pretty mean sea-legs to stand up while that thing is moving.

Looks very well amazing though, but I am sad to see the model with out any 'Hand maidens' or such, are you planning anything else on there? Or just him/the baby dragon. I mean it's just irrational fluff I'm nit-picking but, just curious.

Also I've never failed a colour blind test, but I am pretty sure I have a bit of yellow/green blind, and I like to argue with my friend over colours, but mostly to try and annoy him, although sometimes I really can't tell. Like the like of tan/green colours from GW, right around their colour scale where it changes from deep greens to tans, there is a colour or two that my friend insist have green in them and I swear they do not =/

I find the Hand Maidens clutter the throne a bit to much for my liking. I view mine as a battle ship not a pleasure boat


Now while there will still be undead updates galore this blog will be changing its focus very soon to something that while I have a minor phobia of I do enjoy painting. I have painted one before
