Olethros could you post another close picture of that skeleton with the head wrap, 3rd in from the group of 4. That's exactly how I want to do my skeles, is it something you have converted?

Hi, Tarsus. I´ll try to find it in the glass cabinet and will post a close up asap. It´s not a conversion but an old GW model.

Yeh that's the model I wanted thanks.

Now I just need to find a way to convert 80 skeletons to look like that.

No problem, Tarsus. Glad to be of help.

Have you considered using green stuff or porcelanicron (not sure about the translation... it´s a special type of modeling clay...cold porcelain maybe?) in thin stripes to wrap the upper part of the skeleton to simulate the scarf?

I give you the legion of The White Wolf the northernmost outpost of the Vampire counts' vast holdings.

My skeletons! I did different wash treatments (i.e. black wash over white on some, bone color with sepia or black or red, etc) to make them look like were raised from different places/situations. However, my army colors are what ultimately unite them.

Very good looking skellies!

I like that each of your units is a little bit different in the colour tone of the blues/purples - I wonder how they look as an army - like Mad 'At already said, I also think you should start a plog and put all of this in a single thread and show us the whole army, bet it looks very cool ;)

Just finished up some Skeleton Archers for my Undead Legion. They're modeled with a gothic theme and basing so they'll match my Vampire Counts army.

Nice work silverstrike. I like the dark blue/purple, how did you paint that? Gives a nice way to tie the unit to other units that aren't made of bone.

All the best
