yes the base is weighted to counteract the weight of the model. from feet to head he is 15 inches tall.

Here's my screaming bat! I wanted to make it look like it had died somewhere on a rocky peak, face down in the dirt so to speak, and over years moss has covered it's body. The paint job itself is fairly close to the GW version. A different concept of a second Terrorgheist is not yet in the works, but will prolly come to pass.

I bought the tombstones that I'm using on my army bases from two sellers. A bunch of plastic ones from Renedra and more from an ebay seller, miniature.architects. I highly recommend both sellers.
