So, what's everyone working on?

  • The masquerade of murder returns! A new game of Vampires Amongst Us has begun. Unmask the killers, trust no one, and try to survive the night. Find out more and sign up now!
Back to that endless horde(well, it seems endless!)of skellys. Also, pondering what the heck is wrong with me that my painted models for Vc are...wraiths/banshees, spirit hoses, corpse cart, black and blood knights....lol I've left all the stuff I'll actually use for last.

Just finished up some wraiths and a banshee. Trying to find the will power to paint more zombies for raising, so instead about to start work on a wight king BSB should be interesting as the drakenhof banner isnt going to be easy to replicate still should be fun to try.

Keeper, is you army supposed to actually be the army of vlad/konrad/manfredd? I've always found it odd all these drakenhoff banners in non carstein armies......

@ Sanai: Yup indeed my army is that of the Von Carsteins. But i couldn't agree with u more, i can just imagine a Von Carstein going down to the armory to again find some pesky Vamp has stolen another one of his battle standards.

Am planning however to make the main bulk of the banner interchangeable using a row of micro-magnets imbedded in the cross shaft of the banner pole, still experimenting with this.

Still working on BSB loads of test runs on banner, but hes been put aside for the night so i can assemble my Dreadfleet and have a read of the rule book.

Was working on my terrorgheist, trying to magnetize it for storage reasons, just did the body and head part.
Also finished 23 Black Knights steeds, just need to paint the sides of the base and the Knights themselves.

Completed the next 5 of my ghoul/zombies bringing them up to 20/60 completed. Now I am painting a Banshee along with a mounted vamp and mounted wight king BSB.

Finished the banshee and another 5 ghoul/zombies to put me at 25/60. Now painting Manfred in 2 separate pieces.

Working on my Zombie Dragon base. Swamp style again, lots of skulls and 3 shields from the Giant kit. Nearly painted now and then on with painting the actual Zombie Dragon which I will try to do with just washes.:zombie:

Now done with my TK Chariot unit, yay!

Now working on some scenery from the BRB, I have a Grail Chapel and a Sigmar Shrine currently underway. But I'm very stubborn with my scenery, and I'm going to make the interior of the chapel wich will a) slow me down considerably, or b) will take too long and I will put it aside unfinished for quite some time!

There's something in me that always want to have a working or believable interior for my buildings, otherwise it feel wrong and it bugs me no end!

Got a bit sidetracked with planning an RPG scenario for Halloween. A colonial era setting for a horror story using Spycraft for the rules.

Been converting my vamp lord (and a rat ogre).. trying to get the motivation to finish my last 3 ghouls, so I can get onto painting the 60 or so skeletons that need painting. Also need to make a mould so I can cast some skulls. (I need alot more skulls for a special project.... like hundreds of skulls)... and also need to write some stuff, do some small gs work on my vamp lord..... assemble my dreadfleet stuff.... alot of work to do on eve too.... the list goes on and on.

I Finished my Mannfred mini and am now starting in on the next 5 zombies. I also am planning out my Black Knights layout.

I'm filing off the horns from a demon prince's head and sawing my old Strigoi in half to create a truly wicked Wargulf. I'm making my very first conversion using green stuff and that's one reason I decided to join here. Pics coming, when I'm finished. Greetings from Finland!

Still trying out different schemes for my ghouls.

Tried the Gollem flesh look, but not going for it.
Tried the shadow grey look, but not doing that either.
Next up is a dark brown flesh color, saw the description in the armybook that supposedly ghouls have a dark skin color so I'm going to try something like that.

Should be getting the FW BSB soon, I'm excited to get started on that.

Got mine as well yesterday, looks nice but it had a bend sword. I'll get that sorted out, but still it's a hassle.
