Her pose makes that night impossible, she's in mid stride with only toes touching the base. She does seem to fit with the bone pile to add more connection points though.

I'm also getting annoyed with Vlad because that spirit thing doesn't want to attach with it's positioning

I had the same issue with Isabella and I just used a pin to one side of her underdress and will use static grass to hide the pin itself. For Vlad I just green-stuffed the gap for that spirit coming out of his cloak. I didn't really like it and figured it would break off dozens of times anyway.

Currently repainting my GG with GW's. Their armor will be black now instead of all metallic. Just metal highlights.

Wow where to begin. Currently painting my night gobbos and giant as well as assembling the new VC models. Thinking on a conversion I want to do and trying to figure what I want to use in a local tourney we having coming up Feb. the 5th. Looking more like NG but my VC could make an appearence if I figure out the new book by then.

Getting my core units up to 40 models right now except for the ghouls who will stay at 20 or might go to 30 but certainly not above that. I wont use them as anvils anyway.

I'm also repositioning both Vlad and Isabella and finding them some way to get them standing next to one another AND able to go in any unit without knocking over models.

They can stand next to each other just barely because of the way both their swords swing outward but they won't ever fit in a regular unit of anything!

I'm thinking about making a sort of elevated ruined balcony they stand on, taking them up and over and rank and file models. Split the scenery in two for both bases that will reconnect when fielded together.
Quite the project but I hate them not ranking up properly.

Mine fit side by side rather well, but then Isabella's slot wasn't attached so I've had to improvise a bit to get her standing straight.

She fist well on the mantic bone pile, there's the lowest bit of it that fits the bottom section of her foot perfectly and gives another connection point to her dress.

My Vlad is the metal one with the slot cut off and positioned slightly off with one of the tombstones from the Mantic sprue on it (Or will be after I finish painting both it and Vlad)

Thanks SotF might try that myself. My crazy idea is pretty cool and I know I can pull it off but I'd like it done before the next book comes out LOL

Was also thinking about repositioning Vlads sword arm but I also have the metal one and I just hate sawing through limbs of metal models.

Will mess around with those two some more...and lo and behold this line will be taken completely out of context one day :P

Finished Vlad and Isabella on top of a ruined balcony thing. Now the fun part; painting!

I am also slowly building up my Iron Hands/AdMech army as my 40K got left behind last year with all the Fantasy painting I did.

Also hoping to get some pics for a thread but seeing my health I'm just going with the flow and not pushing anything.

Been away for a while due to injuring my painting hand, but now back in full swing. Put a few more touches on to my zombie dragon to finish it off. Now working on my Coven Throne its slow going but getting there, here is a teaser will hopefully post the finished model soon.

And amazingly my pledge to paint all the models i have before buying more is still intact!!:O

Painting up Inquisitor models that will be used for Dark Heresy. Still need to get my tech priest done but that beast needs some heavy conversion to be my DH character.

Finished a squad of Iron Hands and Vlad.

Finally after clearing the Coven Throne from my bench, time i got back to painting some core troops mainly skeletons as i have got about 40 still to paint. Trying to move a way from dry brushing in favor of layering for a crisper look to my army. Just trying to find the right motivation is the problem  Maybe if i do five at a time it wont look so bad....

Just finished 3 Chaos Marines and am now starting on a vintage warsmith and a Sedition wars miniature as well as continuing work on my Carmine Dragon. :)

Cheers, Wolfie

Projects are all over the place currently and I'm building all kind of things. Working on various scenery pieces, received bits and working on 3 Liche Priest for my Tomb Kings (light lore themed), and also fiddlind with my Coven Throne, mainly working on the ghostly base for now (throne itself is done, crew will be later).

Finished my first five test skeletons now working on finishing up the unit, while making molds of gravestones never can have too many of them i don't think

Good luck Duke!

Just finished putting the base coat on what will probably be the coolest looking Grave Guard unit ever.

I chopped up/converted a bunch of Phoenix Guard and Black Ark Corsairs to mix with 20 standard GG. I don't think I've ever been so fond of any models I've done before.

A bit "angry" (trying to save the swear jar eating all my money) to see a all new GW paint range after i got the old mega paint set end of last year!! Grrr!! lol

Working hard on finishing off some more core units that have sat unpainted for far to long. Also working on a new lord.

Inquisitor models undercoated and all faces done(hardest part IMO) now their clothing and equipment and all done. Still have to do Magos Gruss. Just took his parts out of the rubber(mold for future resin bits to make my Dark Heresy char) and they need some serious cleaning with the release agents stuck to them.

Also busy with my AdMech battlefleet gothic fleet and finishing my second squad of Iron Hands. Slow but steady :) Finally getting fully painted armies this time

A dragon came out of my Easter Egg. I find it hard to concentrate on doing house chores and being with my family as all I want to do is get the dragon done. xD

Still most of my core's unpainted. What was that?

At last, finished sons first batch of 30 wolfriders, & 20 mantic revenants. Next up 20 mantic skellies for my horde (makes 50) then 30 zombified marauders. But having a few days off first!

Just painting my Varghulf at this moment, then I've got the Forge World wight King BSB to paint (Beautiful model. Really is.)

Then finishing off my army. =)

Damnit! My much needed 1mm drill bit just snapped. Yeah it was old and needed replacing anyway as it was starting to get blunt but now it's damn easter and all stores are closed until Tuesday.
Just managed to pin my cruisers and undercoat them but joy of joys my battleship is still in pieces and I have a game this afternoon and a more serious one on Wednesday. :swear:

Still all is not lost, going to visit my parents tomorrow and my dad has a dremel tool. *moist only son eyes "daddy can I borrow your tools for a while?"* ;)

Just picked up a new set of Skellies, a Reaper model for another banshee, some LOTR army of the dead models for spirit hosts, and a terrorgheist! Rawr!

I'm set for a bit... :p
