I've got enought bits to make ~14 Black Knights out of Empire Orderly Knights, might save those in case I start Empire later though).

Doing some fairly substantial greenstuff alterations to a box of ogres to make them into zombie unit fillers. Am in a really greenstuffy mood atm. Have got a Giant which I will zombify, and probably take as a very psychologically imposing zombie unit filler. Might also break some horses legs and green stuff them into rearing whilst I'm in the mood.

Working on some citadel wood so I can play a match on my finished real of battle board. Have two wood scenery and planing to make both of them in a summer deep lush green theme. I am also working on assembling a lot of models at the moment from a big order I received last week.

Well I am still stuck on 40k

Need to get about 1k of Iron Hands painted in a month, not too bad till you realize I am trying to go for best painted.
Sleepless nights ahead folks.

Have done 40 zombies, inc. 20 based. 40 ghouls also done, 20 more halfway there. Currently taking a break from all that ghoulwork with 10 skeletons, and am currently taking a break from THEM (as i suspected the skellies are taking the longest...) by doodling my vampire's coat of arms on the newspaper I'm working on...

Putting aside all the Vampire characters that I can't get inspired by to do something fun instead... also calculating that I have done less than 1000 points of core and need to build and paint A LOT more if I want to play properly big games with all my models!

Also, continually distracted by the plogs at the moment, so much good work appearing!

I just spent an hour with a magnet on a stick fishing for bits of my Space Marine Dreadnoughts that I knocked down the back of a very heavy cupboard... got 4 1/2 out of 5 back (one broke and the plastic gun barrel cannot be found!). I think I have a spare somewhere tho...
