Forgeworld seem to have gone a bit mad, especially since this race was last mentioned in the storm of chaos book and I thought had mostly died out by the time sigmar rose to power in the old world.
Oh well, what's everyone's take on it?

Just saw a video about the open day and it looks like forge world may be doing fimir as an entire army. Models looked quite nice.

Tombs Kings get scrapped and Fimir seem to be getting an army? What bizarro world are we living in!

It's not clear if it's a book from the FW or just some minis, but anyway, it's not that bad.

It never ceases to make me smile how GW recycles old concepts. Fimirs used to have rules back in the original Warhammer rulebook from 1987. I never used them, so I can't say much about them. I seem to recall that they were a bit strange. The only Fimirs I ever used were as the dungeon master in Heroquest and Advanced Heroquest.

It's way too early to say that they would be their own army in Age of Sigmar. They could just be a unit or selection of units for an existing force.

Aye, they always go back when they ran out of fresh ideas. But Fimir now are under control by Forge World and that means resin and stuff

I think that's definitely a conspiracy theory too far . In spite of Age of Sigmar not having as clearly defined a law as I would like it to have, the evidence for a theory as outlandish as that is lacklustre at best.

Well they threw everyone off with the heroes line.
So is it Nagash on foot? The sword and staff or rather similar but the hat (crown) isn't. I'm excited and confused!

Sadly it's just photoshop. I'd wish it was a new character for us but fear it's for Order (maybe Stormcast mage...)
