Assembled a DG Lord of Virulence, converted and assembled a DG Plague Surgeon. Currently assembling DG Plague Marine Champion.
Visited home so rummaged through the bits box for some inspiration for the painting competition...hope to have something to show soon™.

Interesting choice for a Necromancer Sorin Von Carstein, and I do like the combination of colours. 🙂
Also, your painting looks good. From what I can see it is clean and you are "staying in the lines" which is the most important thing IMO. Your colour choices are good too.

I'd suggest trying out Citadel Contrast paints, they are great at bringing an already clean paintjob to a higher level and are thinner than standard paints.

Keep it up! 😉

Well thank you, and yes I tried the contrast painting for my kill team the Bloody Bloods (A homebrew succesor of blood angels, with FUN lore) I will post a few more shots of the minis I paint. This is Nora von Carstein a Vampire Lord with Arcane tome

Converted and painted the Flesh Golem entry for our competition, assembled a DG Plague Marine Champion and started assembling Plague Marines from the old Dark Imperium starter.

The shrubbery is going to represent where the actual trees go so people know they can't walk over that part. I painted the white parts on the side but otherwise I'm calling them done. The nice thing about not actually having trees coming out of them is also that they pack up nicely. Obviously, I'm not playing at any tournaments or anything with them.
